Completely remodeled 3 years ago, open floor plan furnished with high end furnishings, anthropology decor and high end appliances! 10 foot granite kitchen island with large Arhaus dining table, can sit up to 8 with leaf. Kitchen completely stocked with all clad pans, dinner ware and everyspice you can think of. Super comfortable sofa, love seat and leather chair in front of big screen TV. Separate office on first floor with comfy sofa. Fireplace area includes two cozy chairs and ottoman. Bar with Bartisian, half bath and laundry room complete the first floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms - primary with California king, upscale linens, 3/4 bath and a TV. A second bedroom has a Cal king, and 3rd bedroom has a queen, a treadmill and TV. Outdoor area in back has a large deck, BBQ, frig, bar, TV, hot tub and firepit. Furniture can seat about 10. In the front you will find an inviting porch with swing, chair and sofa, also two heaters for cool nights! Walk just about everywhere fun!!!
