Positive: Location & Weather: The location was perfect, and we were lucky with the weather. We visited just out of season, at the end of September, which made for a peaceful stay. Room & Balcony: Our room and balcony were excellent. I’m glad we invested in a larger room, as the hotel is older and a smaller room would likely have been cramped. Having space, combined with the proximity to the beach and the view, really made the stay special.
Negative: Poolside Snacks: It would have been preferable to have the option of poolside snacks rather than a sit-down lunch, or having to leave the hotel to eat during the day. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was limited. Freshly cooked eggs would have been appreciated rather than the boil-yourself option. The overall style felt more like a canteen than the expected 4-star service.
Summary: Spacious room made all the difference.
