Summary: Part of a house that has been converted in a first floor studio apartment, closets retrofitted for toilet and shower. The owner thoughtfully stocked fridge/freezer/pantry with some items, plus tempting chocolate! Very responsive owner, excellent communication. WiFi was strong. Not fancy but fine for the price if your needs are basic. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. A few steps in front of the house are rather steep and irregular but that seems typical in Pittsburgh.
