The house has a modern open character. Large window areas allow an unobstructed view of the green. The house is in a well-kept garden with a large meadow. There is a trampoline, sandpit, etc. for families. The house has a living space of 170sqm.

The living and dining area with an open kitchen is on the ground floor. The kitchen includes a steamer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, all necessary kitchen utensils. There is a see-through stove in the living area. On this floor there is also a pantry and a guest toilet.

There you will find 3 bedrooms that can be used as children's rooms. In addition there are 2 bathrooms. One with toilet and shower, another luxurious one with bathtub, toilet and rain shower.
