Please note this is a townhome. Entering the foyer you are greeted with gleaming hardwood floors, cozy living space, ceiling with recessed lighting, and windows for natural light. Guests can relax with a 65-inch 4K HDR AndroidTV with streaming access to Netflix, Youtube TV, Disney Plus, Youtube, Youtube Kids, PlutoTV, etc.
A small workstation exists on the same floor which is setup with an Apple iMac and Qi-certified wireless charging stand for latest iPhone/Android phones. Guests have access to printer/scanner and superfast low latency WiFi-6 router for all your smart devices with up to 200Mbps fiber internet speed.
Beyond the living room is the dining room and kitchen with tile flooring, granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with eating space.
The Master Bedroom has a small walk-in closet, updated ensuite bathroom with shower and tiled floor. Guests also have access to a 50-inch 4K Roku SmartTV and a wireless charging stand. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer simple but eccentric decor, windows for natural light, and ample closet spaces. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Lower level space provides direct access to the Bedroom 4 and Bathroom 3. Guests also have access to the another 4K Roku TV and stacked washer and dryer for extended stays. Guests have full access and can park up to two cars in the private driveway. Garage Space available for only one car.
