6 Bedroom House in Lake Almanor Country Club

4300+ square feet, two-story home adjacent to the forested green belt area (no rear neighbors) only one block from the water.
Rents Sat to Sat only for $2,800 per week; security deposit is $1,000 and cleaning fee is $200. Enjoy more than 150 feet of wrap around deck to relax as you appreciate the great outdoors. We are half a mile to Rec 1 and the boat launch. The main floor has the kitchen with breakfast nook, great room, dining table for 10, and three bedrooms. Five sliding glass doors on this level bring ample light and outdoor feel. The master has a CA king bed and futon, second room has a queen size bed, third room a CA king. Two bathrooms upstairs (one in the master), one large restroom downstairs.
Downstairs is the 'play area', complete with three bedrooms, a pool table with ping pong top, full bar area, foosball coffee table, and living area to relax and enjoy the festivities. The bedrooms are very large. Bedroom #1 has two queen beds, #2 two queens, #3 one queen. Five queen beds downstairs where 10 can sleep comfortably and not be crammed into tight spaces. Bedrooms all have new mattresses with a variety of soft and firm for you to choose from.
House includes plenty of boat trailer parking, BBQ grill, picnic tables, etc.
Lake Almanor Country Club offers great amenities for the entire family. Golf course (two others outside the country club), two recreation areas, organized events for the kids, jogging areas, etc. Rec 1 amenities include:

Summary: We had two little kids, ages 4 1/2 and 3. They loved it hear and had a great time with the space they had. As long as the kids had a great time that all that matters to me. If I had to grumble about something it would be having to use stairs to get to the main level, from outside, and not having drapes in some of the bedrooms. Other then that everyone enjoyed their stay, thank you Bert and Christie.
