Completely renovated, modern apartment for someone who wants to be close to downtown without the traffic and noise! Perfect central location close to all things San Diego. This bright and open concept unit is walking distance to shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Comes with a pool and hot tub, as well as a BBQ and patio area. The Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Coronado, and Little Italy are all a quick ride away. Unit is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay!
The Space:
Awesome two bedroom private space is ideal for both a night in or a night on the town. We provide everything you'll need to feel right at home with our fully equipped kitchen, luxe towels, toiletries, pool, hot tub, outdoor space, and two comfortable queen beds. This unit is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a great nights sleep.
Guest Access:
We've got everything you need! You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, including the range, microwave, dishes and refrigerator. The BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi are free for your use from 9 am - 10 pm daily. The outdoor spaces are shared with a few other units, but the units are not always booked.
The Neighborhood:
This historic neighborhood is nestled near Golden Hill and Barrio Logan and just east of Balboa Park and Downtown San Diego. Get ready to explore the eclectic mix of independent boutiques, cafes, and taverns…you won’t be disappointed!
Getting Around:
This central location makes getting around simple. Either head out on foot, or snag a 5 to 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to experience all that San Diego has to offer.

We are taking extra precautions to make sure our guests are safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Each unit is:
1. Disinfected thoroughly upon entering unit with solution containing at least 70% alcohol.
2. Cleaners are wearing masks and gloves at ALL times during the unit cleaning. Gloves are properly disposed after each use.
3. Lysol spray kills 99.9% of germs and is used on all surfaces and furniture in unit.
4. We pay extra attention to areas that are touched regularly, such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches.
5. Linens and towels are washed on the warmest setting.
6. Clothing hampers are cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
7. We provide ample hand soap, paper towels, tissue, and cleaning supplies in each unit for your use.
8. All surfaces are completely wiped down with disinfectant solution, we wait 3-5 minutes before wiping a sprayed surface to give it time to disinfect.
In addition: We offer weekly cleanings for our long term stays with linen and towel turnover service.
Please know that we are taking every single measure and following all of the CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of both you, and our staff.
The interior of the units have all been remodeled and features brand new furniture and finishings. *Pool and hot tub are shared with other units, but the units are not always booked!* There is plenty of free street parking available, as well as a shared driveway space next to the unit. *There are multiple private units on this property with their own entrances. Only shared spaces are outdoor areas..

Summary: Two things that made this VRBO stand out; great, great, great location, and having a pool on-site was wonderful! Super relaxing to be able to get back here after a day of sight-seeing, or the zoo, or at the beach, and being able to unwind and relax in the pool was phenomenal! And the host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with! So really three things that made it stand out!
