A modern spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with eat in bar counter, dining and lounge with lovely sea views, leading out onto a roof terrace with awesome views . It has been recently completely renovated and modernised.

BEACHES: Clifton ,& Camps Bay are a mere 6 km away, easy to reach by car within minutes. On foot you can take a leisurely walk through the charming historic village and will reach the best Deli's restaurants and cafes; a few minutes further through the Botanical Garden brings you to the beach and promenade. A few minutes going east you reach the V&A waterfont on foot. Go west and you can walk along the promenade for many km along the seaside. Ubers are instantly available and very inexpensive 24/7. Topless bus, hop on hop off is lots of fun and takes you almost everywhere; even to the winelands.
VICTORIA & ALBERT WATERFRONT: an awesomely beautiful playground which is the hub of activity in Cape Town , is only 2 km away. Amazing shopping malls, restaurants, boat trips and entertainment abounding.
