Positive: I had a pleasant stay at the hotel . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
