Note: The allocated parking space is inside the garage which is located next to a wall, suitable for one small car, dimensions for the garage are: 7 foot wide x 17 foot long x 6 foot high; any vehicle too wide to park in the garage must be parked in the nearby car park after dropping off luggage, there is no alternative parking at the property, the owner asks that you are fully aware of the restricted parking facility before booking, so you can make arrangements ahead of time if needed for alternative parking and to avoid any disappointment while staying, the owner is not responsible for costs incurred should your car exceed the dimensions suitable for the allocated garage space. Note: the cost per car at present is £10.50 per 24 hour stay in the local car park that you drive through to get to the property, this has a weekly rate of £26.30. Note: This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility, please consider this when booking (access is via a curved external staircase up to the main door on the first floor and there is a step up in the garden, please take care). Note: Children under the age of 12 are not accepted at this property.
