Positive: This place is excellent value for money. Didn't speak to the owner but was very responsive via booking and checked in remotely. The rooms are big and there's lots of things TV/Music, books. Had everything needed and was very comfortable to just relax, shame only had 1 day there.
Negative: Everything had a price if something got broken you had to pay for it. Accidents happen and there must have been 20 glasses and cups. Did there really need to be a charge for that. Maybe put the price up to cover this instead.
