Positive: It's a lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of the old town. It's an old building in a small street closed to traffic most of the day. , The staff were friendly and helpful. And the room was good, as was the breakfast. We found the roof terrace just before we left so we didn't have time to enjoy it fully - next time perhaps! We found Rouen fascinating, and the cathedral is very dramatic.
Negative: It was a long way to get to our room even using the lift - but it is an old building, so not much can be done about that.
