Located in the prestigious Blue Ridge Heights gated community high on the mountain tops and only 5 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge where you will find boutique shopping, breweries, the famous Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and many fine dining restaurants is where you will find your perfect get-away. As you pull up to your vacation home, you’ll be greeted with a concrete driveway and a covered front door parking area.
When you enter into this luxury home, you will be greeted with an open floor plan allowing you to see all the beauty this level has to offer. Walking straight ahead will bring you to the living room with its’ breath-taking views of Blue Ridge mountains, a stone gas fireplace, 15 paddled ceiling fan, 50” TV and a leather sectional sofa seating at least 7.
The dining area, with its’ live edge dining table seating 8, also provides views of the mountains. Serving your gourmet meals or a simple hotdog is a breeze with a kitchen countertop close by. The kitchen’s walnut cabinets will not leave you wanting for space. The kitchens’ brown fantasy marble countertop is spacious enough to allow several cooks in the kitchen at once. The 5-piece gas stove-top burner range, oven and microwave will make cooking a breeze. A butcher’s large single basin farmhouse sink allows even your kids to help with the clean-up. And for the early risers or late night snackers you’ll be greeted with a simi-circle island that seats 5. The unique leathered brown fantasy marble top will provide you a feel like no other.
The entry level also provides a shared half bathroom with a unique sink and lovely countertop. Off the kitchen you’ll find a spacious laundry room that will take care of all of your needs.
Located on the entry level, the Master bedroom greets you with mountain views, 2 interesting benches, 50”TV, large bathroom with a beautiful shower and a huge private closet. You are also provided your own private entrance to the screened in gas fireplace and furniture seating 5.
Take the stairs down to a one-of-a-kind game room that includes a shuffle board, foosball and 2 arcade games. Sofa and easy chair facing the fireplace and 43” TV provides alternate diversions. Connected to the game room, you’ll also find the kitchenette with a full refrigerator, sink and microwave. Lower-level deck access is also found here.
The lower-level is where you will find five other bedrooms. One guest room provides a king-size bed, 43” TV, private closet, private bathroom and forested view. Another guest room provides a king-size bed, 43” TV, private closet and mountain view. The next guest room provides a king-size bed, 43” TV, private closet, private bathroom with a shower tub combo and deck access. Another guest room provides a king-size bed, 43” TV and private closet. Summary: The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. I think the kids, ages 3-18, had the most fun with the games! We had a little hiccup during the stay that was of no fault to property or owners, just one of those things that you can’t control. The rental company took excellent care of us during this issue and made sure we were ok. Highly satisfied with both the property and rental company!
