Negative: Dirty clothes on the down stairs bed. Dirty under wear in back yard. Smelled like cat urine. Only 6 towels for ten people. Key didn’t fit the main door just the dead bolt. Looked like someone vomited on upper back deck. We weren’t told about the construction going on out back. Trash in back yard. Filter on the refrigerator needs replaced, over 99 days. No sheets on downstairs beds. No access to 3rd bathroom. Ants in kitchen.
Summary: It was ok considering all the above.
