Positive: Beds were uncomfortable, springs in mattress in single bed near window were coming through. Also same bed close to window, there was a huge draft which made it very cold. Sofa on lounge broken, tilted forward so forever sliding towards floor. Back door felt unsafe and easily to break in to plus let in a huge draft which made the kitchen freezing throughout the day. Shower looked dirty may be where it was looking old. Picture in lounge had sticky residue all over by dining room table one in main bedroom falling apart. Bannister at top of stairs unsafe and came apart as a spindle came off also loose fitting so wobbled quite a lot.
