The comfortably furnished Non smoking apartment is located in the first Floor of the house Südperd in Seepark Sellin. By approximately 52 square meters large living space offers enough space for 2- 4 people. The living / dining area is separated from each other with sliding doors. The dining area has a fitted kitchen with induction ceran, sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various cooking utensils. Adjacent you have a bright and cozy dining table with 4 chairs, which invites not only for meals to linger. In addition, you have a high board with flat-screen TV and mini-stereo system. A second TV flat screen (40 ") is in the living area are available, as a Blu-Ray player. The living area fits a couch (extra bed for 3 & 4.
