Positive: Beautiful and very roomy cottage! Delightful garden, well stocked property/homely, clean and plenty room for all of us

Negative: The farm track! We appreciated the bin lorry reversing to let us pass!

Summary: A short journey to Salcombe and Totnes etc. Really lovely cottage. Peaceful. Comfortable.
