Please throw out all garbage using the bagged garbage cans located both inside and outside the house. Inside the garage there are 3 regular garbage cans and 1 recyclable garbage cans. All garbage must be thrown out in garbage bags into the garbage cans. Bags are supplied and available, they are located inside the kitchen pantry. — No parties allowed - this is VRBO policy.
No ATVs or loud vehicles allowed.
No pets allowed (Message if you have service animals.)
For small animals there may be exceptions.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house

Summary: Our son was getting married at The Mansion at Saratoga and we wanted a close accommodation for a large number of people (14) and this was only 7 minutes away! The house was beautiful and nicely decorated and Matthew, the host, was very responsive to questions and requests. The pool (which he had heated to 75 degrees for us as it was a little cool) and hot tub were enjoyed and the property is lovely. Of all the houses we have stayed in, this kitchen was the best stocked with pots/pans, dishes, spices and seasonings, etc. While there were beds enough for 14, though, it wasn't exactly a 7 bedroom as one "bedroom" was the living room with a pull-out sofa bed, and another "bedroom" was a room between the kitchen and dining room that was open to both with no curtains or dividers to make the "bedroom" private in any way. Our teenage grandchildren were willing to stay there but were not happy because they like to sleep later and could hear the people who got up earlier in the kitchen and living room. The barbecue grill worked great. There was lots of seating space and we very much enjoyed staying here. Matthew was a great host. Thank you, Matthew!
