This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips & just as comfy for the couple or solo travelers trying to escape. We have updated nearly everything to accent the beautiful original features. Trex decking, LED glass-light railings, a large kitchen ready to entertain, & newly renovated bathrooms - it's got something for everyone. This is our personal home away from home with access to kayaks, floats, and a state-of-the-art dock that we built in 2022. Enjoy it just as we have. And relax!
The space
The property has been renovated over the last two years. With unique angles, tall ceilings, glorious windows, and a wood-burning fireplace, it's a true lakehouse with modern-day amenities.
Four (4) bedrooms:
1 king-sized bed upstairs with a full bath.
1 queen-sized bed upstairs with a full bath.
1 king-sized bed on the main floor with a full shared bath
1 bunk room on the lower level with 5 twin bunks (one is slightly smaller than a twin).
The house comes with access to two kayaks, a large float for 6 people, several other nonmotorized floats, life jackets in several sizes from infant to 2XL,
a cornhole set, a horseshoe pit, board games, puzzles, and views for days.
There is decent fishing in the area and we have a large building (not pictured) with all of the items stored that we have mentioned above. A key will be provided to access everything.

Other things to note
Access to the motorized water sports (i.e jet skis and boat) are not part of the rental of this home. You can rent a boat from the local marina about 15 minutes away.
The dock is not in deep water during the winter months and only about 4-5 feet of water in the summer months. We jump in and swim and float and if you go in and go out a few feet, it gets much deeper. We love our neighbors and want to rent to others who will respect our home and the neighborhood while still having fun.
