Our community has a heated pool with selected operating hours from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.

Summary: We arrived after the allowed check in time to a house that had the door left ajar during sub zero temps. We had an infant with us and the house was at 60 degrees. The main floor did not rise above 67 degrees until the next day. We were also interrupted on the night of arrival by the cleaning company coming back to “fold towels” after we had already unpacked. Next there were constant electrical issues because we had to use every space heater and it kept causing surges. Additionally, 3 outlets in the main floor did not work. It was not comfortable to sit and watch TV without breaking your neck looking up on couches that were far too close. We also had an issue with our tub not draining due to hair clogging the drain. Also, the description says smart TVs but there are only two in the house, master bedroom and main floor. The other two TVs only have 5 local stations and were unusable. We left a night early because it became unsuitable for adults, let alone an infant and 4 year old.
