Positive: Easy access and great location for town centre. Bedrooms were excellent, clean, and well fitted out. Separate bathroom and toilet which was very convenient. The kitchen was well fitted, well equipped, and the host left us tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc, which was brilliant. Small table and a few chairs to sit in the courtyard, which was nice. Overall, it fully served our purpose, and the host was very supportive. Very friendly Cat also seemed to keep an eye on us.
Negative: We assume there is some refurbishment still underway. For example, the kitchen light switch was unfinished. Stair carpet was not secured on the bottom step. One wall in the kitchen looked unfinished. The bathroom had a new shower unit fitted, but the end of the bath looked unfinished, or maybe damp?
