Mid century modern beauty. Step inside and feel the outdoors in. Enjoy the expansive deck overlooking historic Heritage Canyon, take a 5 minute stroll to the oldest part of California, Old Town, grab a taco and margarita at one of the many restaurants or if you like to picnic, beautiful Presidio Park is just a short walk away. This house is very centrally located and is near many tourist attractions like Balboa Park, Sea world and Coronado Island.
The space
Modern design, huge deck with large windows facing canyon landscape and homes, 1 en-suite bedroom w queen bed, 2 more bedrooms with queen beds, a 2 nd bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs, mirrored closet space. There is fully equipped kitchen, including blender, a super cozy TV room/den with designated office space, games, corn hole, ring toss, bbq outdoor dining with bar area and multiple seating areas with a outdoor bed. Chill lighting throughout interior/exterior, hvac system and a wood burning fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, ping pong table, weights, yoga mats, corn hole, ring toss, board games, cards and more.

All accessible except the canyon. It’s deep. We have affixed gates to prevent anyone from getting to the canyon.
Other things to note
Please don’t climb on the fence on the deck. No pets. No children. Quiet times are 9:30pm -8:30am. No smoking. Must be 28 years old or more.
