Additional amenities include ROKU and games. A ground floor renter's storage area has a second refrigerator, charcoal grill, and other outside amenities. You will enjoy the large outside shower with hot/cold water to finish off a great day at the beach. The beach access is only a 3 to 5 minute walk away with access located between 301 & 303 OBW.
