Marais - Old Temple -- a luminous and calm 66-m2 1-bedroom luxury apartment in rue Vieille du Temple, an ancient street in the Marais. It features a 50-m2 terrace, which is almost the same size of the flat, perfect for lounge outdoors and even for dining. The greenery helps bring peace and vegetation to such a dense city. Having a terrace this big is very rare in Paris.
Also, there is also A/C throughout this beautiful abode. With modern and trendy mid-Century design throughout the flat and spurts of colors, this flat has all the modern amenities to make you feel at home.
The living room is playful with this hint of yellow and rose. The sofa can fold out into a double sized sofa-bed which can sleep one guest. The window opposite the couch looks onto the large terrace. There are three antique pianos that belong to the owner (for decoration only - no one is allowed to use them).
Next to the living room is the open kitchen and dining area. The dining area has a table with designer acrylic clear chairs that can seat up to four people. The up-to-date open kitchen has everything you need to make a lovely Parisian meal.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of storage space and a TV with basic English news channels. Finally, you will find the lovely bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower. The separated W/C is located just next to it which is convenient.
The building is very secure with an elevator in the building. Ideally, this flat is great for couples however it can accommodate up to three guests.
