This very large, authentic holiday home (former farm) for up to 16 people is located in the municipality of Obervellach in Carinthia and is quietly located on the south at an altitude of 1,130 m with panoramic views of the Mölltal and the Hohe Tauern National Park, near the Ankogel/Mallnitz ski area. and Mölltal Glacier in Flattach.
The holiday home with a large living room with fireplace and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-diner has been carefully renovated and offers comfortable furnishings in combination with the atmosphere of the past. The Gatternighof has a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The sunny terraces are ideal for ending the evening with a drink. There are parking spaces directly at the house.
The area is home to beautiful hiking trails and impressive flora and fauna. You can ski on the Mölltal Glacier with 36 kilometers of slopes (also with a fun park) from October to June. The also well-known ski area Ankogel/Mallnitz offers almost 13 kilometers of slopes and is located 14 km from the Gatternighof.
The house is located in the border triangle of Austria, Slovenia and Italy, making it easy to visit cities such as Trieste, Udine, Venice, Villach and Klagenfurt. There are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily shopping in the village of Obervellach.
