Villa Rossa is a charming renovated istrian stone house located in the village Rosini near Porec. The house was built at the beginning of the XVIII century and renovated in 2007 with the use of traditional materials in order to preserve the authenticity of the traditional istrian house. Carefully selected furniture, which is a combination of new and antique and interesting interior colors provide the guests of Casa Rossa a truly unique atmosphere. On private, completely enclosed garden the guests of Villa Rossa have the following outdoor facilities - swimming pool, whirlpool for 5 people, two covered terraces with garden furniture and barbecue fireplace.
Villa Rossa is a house for 4 persons located on three floors with a total living area of 80 sqm. On the ground floor there are a nicely furnished living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, couch and bath/toilet. On the first and second floor are located two bedrooms with double bed end air-conditioner every on it's own floor. Both rooms have a panoramic seaview. The house has an extra shower/toilet with separate entrance from the garden.
NOTE: The guests can use a free entrance in the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay.
