From the residential area, you have direct access to the beach through a gate, where you will find all necessary amenities: restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, small supermarkets, as well as water activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, and paragliding.
The center of Nerja is also within walking distance or can be reached by bus, with a stop close to the house. In front of the property, there is a private parking space for your exclusive use during your stay.
