New modern and highly comfortable bungalow villa in the dream bay of Korčula with a wonderful pool, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, extra toilet and cozy living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, covered terrace, well-kept garden and carport. The philosophy of the house pursues luxury in its simplicity and perfectly combines superior comfort, natural openness and the desired privacy. A real pleasure of rest and relaxation!
Only a few meters from the turquoise sea and child-friendly pebble beach. Great for swimming and fantastic for snorkeling.
Wide sandy beaches can be found within a radius of only 7km.
The lively old town of Korčula or other idyllic regions of this fascinating island can be reached by car in a few minutes.
Each bedroom has a double bed king-size 200x180cm with satellite TV, access to the terrace or Garden and own bathroom with shower / toilet.
Dining table and kitchenette complete the living area, from where you can go directly to the terrace. The spacious covered terrace invites you to dine outdoors, especially in the evening when barbecuing and chilling. You can relax and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers by the pool. The partial sea view lets the soul come to rest.
Two cars are protected from the sun in the carport. Other cars park on the private property. The pedestrianized location and the fenced property ensure the safety of the children.
