Positive: very central location of the apartment which is pretty spaceous and well equiped
Negative: it is in the heart of the area where are the night clubs and bars so during the night till the morning it was VERY loud. also, the keys were on the different location than the apartment, not very far, but it should be at the same address.
Summary: really good choice
