Summary: The actual room itself was very clean and well presented. It was perfectly functional, exactly what I needed it to be - a base for sleeping. However within the listing it needs to be made clearer that this is 1 room in a shared complex and as such you are sharing the shower and toilet with the other occupants of the building. Due to the nature of the building, there was people constantly coming and going and with the location of this room being right next to the door, this could be very loud at times. Additionally, the room itself is right at the front of the property and as such the window looks out directly onto the road. This meant people could see in if the blinds were open therefore for additional privacy I kept the blinds shut the entire time meaning there was little natural light coming into the room. This could easily be rectified by adding something like a net curtain. Communication with the owner via the Vrbo app was good, he answered my questions quickly and effectively.
