Fantastic Villa with capacity for 10 people. The Villa has a large swimming pool and private garden just 1300 meters from the beach. They have two totally independent kitchens, one of which is located downstairs in a spacious summer room that will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. In the garden you will find a stone barbecue and dining area. For greater comfort and tranquility you can park your vehicle on the ground. The house has Wi-Fi.
Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for spending an unforgettable vacation in a quiet environment. Its wide and long beach offers a great variety of cafes, terraces and restaurants where you can taste the great variety of Mediterranean food. They have a large number of green squares and children's games that make a privileged nucleus to enjoy your family holidays. Pineda de Mar has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that can take you on a nice trip around the town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.

Summary: We just came back from a great week in Pineda de Mar - we are two families with children aged 7-10 and the outdoor space was brilliant - the pool is a good size and fenced off, the bbq area was well used as was the great shaded grass area as it was hot! The downstairs kitchen was handy - we didn’t use the middle floor at all and the owners were really helpful and lovely. The bedrooms have fans not air-con so it is warm even at night (the downstairs kitchen has aircon) In terms of location, the villa is a good 25 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to the supermarket and in a more suburban area (this with the heat was tricky with younger children so we used a lot of taxis as we don’t didn’t have a car) and we went into Calella a few times. The beach at Pineda was clean, relatively quiet and friendly and you can hire loungers / umbrellas. The owners was happy to give us recommendations and make bookings if you wanted to and we had a great meal locally at Pina Brasa.
