Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location just up from Horsforth railway station. Easy to get access to the property with the key code and lock box. Decent sized room and comfortable beds, with plenty of towels provided, as well as a small (albeit unexpected) complimentary breakfast. Worth noting that the location listed on booking.com is wrong, and it’s actually on Brownberrie Walk.

Negative: The light outside the room didn’t seem to be able to turn off from anywhere and there is a sizeable gap in the door which lets the light through - not ideal when the doubled bed faces the door. It is a loft conversion and the skylight is therefore on an angle - if it is raining, as it was during the night of my stay, the sound of the rain on the window is really loud and kept me awake.

Summary: Well located and suitable apartment for a short break.
