Looking for a luxurious yet peaceful retreat for your Sedona vacation? Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on a 2-acre, fenced-in property is the perfect getaway. With stunning views of Mingus Mountain and Sedona's famous red rocks, you can soak in the natural beauty of Arizona or enjoy stargazing around the fire pit. There is even a dedicated yoga area for your relaxation! 6 person luxury hot tub coming 10/26/2023. Located a few miles away from multiple Verde Valley wineries, you can easily explore the local wine country during your stay.

Yoga area with yoga mats, medicine ball, yoga block, foam roller, etc for your relaxing vacation.
Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliance and outdoor gas grill for your cooking needs.
Smart TV in living room with plenty of seating and lots of board games, plus blankets.
Plenty of out door covered and uncovered seating on both front and back porch for a morning coffee or wine tasting. We even have a wine decanter for wine enthusiasts!
Master bedroom has king bed with walk in closet and master bedroom.
Two bedrooms with 1 queen bed each share the Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a smart TV and the other one has a desk.
4th bedroom with 2 full bed has easy access to hallway full bathroom.
We have a firm no smoking policy.
We are on a well and septic system. So please try your best to conserve water. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless it is septic safe toilet paper (the toilet paper we provide is septic safe)

Summary: Cute place, spacious, could use to have some things repaired, fire place inoperable, replace the water filer, bathroom shower handle fell off when tried to use it. Located on a corner lot hear vehilces all day/night.
