This 6 bedroom home is perfect for larger groups of family and friends. The fire pit, two patios, hot tub, and foosball table makes this home easy to feel comfortable in.

This neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. A park, basketball court, and volleyball court are right outside the front of the home. The nearest shopping center is 1.4 miles away.

Come enjoy our Tuscany architecturally unique home in Boise. Large kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a beautiful feast! Seating at the table for 12, along with an additional 4 seats at the counter.
King bed in the master with attached large luxury master bathroom with tub, walk in shower, and huge closet!
There is one additional bedroom downstairs with a queen murphy bed. The room also has a desk set up for any work that needs to be done. This room has glass doors and a little opening in the wall, which makes it not fully private.
The main floor has a washer and dryer, a large living room with smart TV, and additional hangout space near the kitchen and dining room.
Outside there is two large tables and an 8 PERSON HOT TUB!!
The second level of the home has 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and desk, the other three have comfortable queen beds. There is a second living room on the second floor that comes with a mini-fridge, large TV, and foosball table. The patio on this floor has a sectional couch with additional chairs, and gas fireplace.
This home is PERFECT for large families or retreats!
The area is very accessible to Uber and Lyft. Having a vehicle, scooter, or using an uber would be ideal for leaving the home.
We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am.
There is a noise sensor on the back patio of the home. It does not record sounds, it just shows noise levels.
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record.
There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
If the hot tub is not up to standard, let us know and we will gladly send our team over to check the chemicals and levels for your stay. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
