Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely three star with pools that are heated. Staff are lovely and always keen to help. The all inclusive is very good value for money, and the menues are varied ad tasty. The two massages I tried were both very good. In fact there is a wide range of treatments and massages to choose from. The room and whole hotel are spotless. I was allowed a late check out so that I could shower and change after the last treatment, which was much appreciated. Thank you.

Negative: The only thing that could be improved is the opening times of sauna and hammam, which are on only in the afternoon. (not sure why). Also, especially when it's quieter, like during the week, it would be best to remove some of the sunbeds on the ground flloor pool because they cram the whole space, when in fact they are unused. More than half could be stored away, which would give the whole place a better feel of spaciousness and comfort. After all the whole point is to relax and feel pampered.
