Summary: Arguably one of the best places in town. Hotel is clean, by indian standards even super clean. Staff is impeccably trained and super helpful. On check out day we even had to come back midday for an urgent toilet issue and since they don’t have public toilet, they let us in one room, no extra charge. Of course we tipped, which we even had to kind of force through, certainly a sign of satisfied staff (thumbs up to management for that!). Compare that to the constant bugging and peddling in the street! Also restaurants next door, probably same owners, have an excellent array of cuisine, from truly keralan to very good western in case you need a respite from spices. Super clean, super tasty and very well priced! Also location is very central should you fancy shopping or take local buses to nearby locations. No compliments spared —which is to say a lot, compared to our other stays in India, mostly meh. Keep the good work!
