Positive: The staff are very polite and professional, you can feel their hospitality once you approach them. Had a welcome red wine and also have tea/coffee station downstairs.
Negative: The bed is a bit small, and the bathroom tends to leak water onto the floor even when I use two towels to try to stop it.
