Positive: The staff was particularly helpful, particularly Charlene who went above and beyond making everything easy for us - such as booking a taxi for us and walking us outside to make sure we caught the right one up the street since the road to the hotel entrance was blocked.

Negative: There wasn't anything we did not like.
