Summary: The good: The location is great, steps to the beach and close to many shops, public transit, and restaurants. In-unit laundry and kitchenette are useful to have. The bad: we booked a room with two beds, but our room only had one. The owner did not reach out to communicate this before check-in. The rules basically prohibited cooking anything with any smell at all, so the stove was useless. The owner offers cash for a good review, so keep that in mind when reading reviews.
