This is a pretty 3 bedroom home located in trendy Kilburn, near the green spaces of both Hampstead and Queen's Park
As you enter the house, you will find towards the right an elegant living room with a children’s play area. The sitting space has hardwood floors and delicately shimmering wallpaper and is furnished with a leather sofa and armchairs facing a feature fireplace. The corridor leads you towards the rear of the house to an open-plan eat-in kitchen. This light and airy room is fitted with cream cabinetry and powder blue splash-back tiles and comes fully equipped with modern facilities. There is an extendable dining table at the far end, where you will find patio doors that allow access to the garden. Guests may choose to dine al fresco in the paved outdoor area, which is lined with pretty plants and shrubs – it is lovely in the summer! Located just before the kitchen is a utility room/WC with the essential washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
On the first floor of the house you will find two bedrooms and the family bathroom, which has both a bathtub and a separate shower enclosure. The bedroom at the end of the corridor could be ideal for two teens or kids as it has a single trundle bed (2 single beds) as well as a study desk and plenty of storage space; it also comes with the comfort of an en suite shower room.
