Relax with the whole family at this peaceful holiday bungalow with superb views and situated outside Abersoch with beautiful beaches close by and Snowdonia a short drive away.
The Space
The bungalow is a spacious home with a large kitchen/dinner, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, a separate toilet and wash basin room, large lounge with a conservatory like room with spectacular views. It has 3 lawned areas to the front, side and rear of property. The bungalow does have semi disabled facilities. It is in a very tranquil estate with room for 3/4 cars on the drive.
Guest access
The property is renting 2 rooms - 1 King Size bedroom and a 1 twin bedded room. Guests have full access to the bungalow and land around it. One bedroom is not accessible. The property is electric heating only so does not need a Carbon Monoxide alarm. The Property is for 4 guests only maximum and we have the right to ask guest to leave the premise permanently if more than 4 guests stay overnight and this rule is broken - no refund will be made for the broken rule.
Other things to note
The bungalow does have semi disabled facilities and only has a small step in and out and is on the level inside and out.
