Entering on the middle level, this 3 level penthouse is beautifully decorated and has incredible views from almost all areas. The middle level is the open plan kitchen with integrated SMEG appliances. The living and dining areas have double volume floor to ceiling glass windows, showing the view of Lions Head. There is dining and lounge seating for 6 guests.
Glass sliding doors lead onto a private deck with swimming pool and outdoor barbeque area, with outdoor dining for 6 guests. The views from the deck are exquisite - Lion's Head and right the way across the city. Sip on a chilled glass of South African wine, with toes dipped into the pool while watching the sun go down and the city lights beginning to twinkle.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and lovely views.
Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and the other has a dedicated bathroom.
