Summary: Room was clean which is not easy considering all of the wet shoes. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Hot tubs were nice, especially the outdoor one. Outside pool was not heated to what I thought was comfortable but the kids tolerated it. Bartender was so nice, we also had a super nice young man as our waiter. The check in process could be smoother and more efficient especially since we completed the registration online. Gift shop is an absolute trip!! Overall all lot of fun.
