The apartment is centrally located on the west side of Chamonix, just a 9-minute walk from the Brévent cable car station. It has excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities and ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are close by.

There is also an indoor swimming pool with a hammam, which is open all year round.
