Only steps to the seaside, you can swim in calm waters or relax in your own private swimming pool facing the sea.
This two story home features a spacious balcony off the upstairs Master bedroom which offers lovely views of the sunrise over the water, plus an intimate deck and patio around the infinity pool. The private beach is only 100 meters from your front steps.
You and your family will rest peacefully in the 6 large bedrooms - 3 with king sized beds, 2 with queens, and a huge loft bedroom with a queen and a twin, perfect for kids or a helper. The house features 4 full bathrooms, a large living room with home theatre system and seating for 10 or more, teak wood accents throughout and a very large and fully equipped open kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned, bed sheets and towels are provided, plus daily maid service and/or meal preparation by a private chef is available for a surprisingly reasonable fee.
Cleaning is free once a week for extended stays. Water and electricity are included. Baby chair, cribs and car seat available. For very large groups, you can also rent West Wind Villa 6BR 7Baths and/or East Wind Villa 5 BR 4Baths. It's a very quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you respect the low noise level - no loud parties please.
