Positive: The landlord is cool The flat is OK for workers The location is brilliant And the parking is safe and secure
Negative: Next door getting raided by the police and we couldn't get in or out our flat for most of the day so I lost a days work Outside the flats need an update and a very deep clean.all guttering leaking
