Summary: The owner answered all of my questions within minutes. It was convenient to many places we visited- the aviary, Phipps, Mt. Washington. It is on a very steep hill it wasn’t much of an issue but my car had 6 people and luggage so it was a struggle to drive up. The neighbor came over to tell us not to park in his spot(there aren’t assigned spaces he just likes to park in front of his ring camera) which was a little off putting because he woke us up from a nap in between outings but he was fairly nice about it. The inside looks newly renovated and everything was clean. The coffee bar was really nice to have! Overall, I would stay here again.
