THE VIEW
• Witness the stunning gold sunrises, brilliantly orange sunsets, and spectacular panoramic view of the Strait of Georgia from your own living room. You'll be amazed at how the view transforms from hour to hour, as if you're admiring an oil painting that constantly changes with the stroke of time.
• Large windows in the grand living area stretch from wall to wall, plus high vaulted ceilings with skylight windows invite an abundance of natural lighting into the open layout living space.
• Stroll through the expansive lush garden, enriched with stonemasonry landscaping, a tranquil water fountain, groomed plants and garden decor, and manicured greenery extending across the grounds.

Whip up a meal and serve it on the large rosewood dining table, which comfortably seats 8-10 guests. Lay back and read your bucket list books, lounge around with good company, and indulge on drinks beside the indoor fireplace while you absorb the radiant sunlight and take in the scenic view of the ocean.
The additional leisure area and pool table room downstairs is equipped with a large screen Smart TV where you can tune into the latest Netflix show, Chromecast your favorite movies, and more. If you’re looking to show-off (or "improve" if you’re humble) your hand-eye coordination and motor control skills, grab some cue sticks and challenge your friends and family to a snooker match. The large sectional doubles as a sofa bed.
The master bedroom features a lavish king-sized bed coupled with a splendid view of the backyard garden, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaker bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds - perfect for kids/teenagers who demand their own bed - with a separate bathroom directly in front. The third bedroom is located right next to the garden backyard and offers a gorgeous view of the back gardens. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen-sized bed and a small work station.
THE LOCATION
Located 3 minute drive away from the calm beachfront located at Snickett Park, which offers unhindered views of the ocean as you walk alongside the coastline - this is an easy trail the whole family/group can enjoy. Also 3 minutes away from downtown Sechelt where you'll find local craft shops, restaurants, and hidden gems, and 9 minutes south of Porpoise Bay Park where you can take in all of nature at its full glory and enjoy water activities like canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding (rentals available nearby at Half-moon Sea Kayakes or Pedals and Paddles). If you prefer to go hiking along the trails beside Angus Creek, you might happen upon a few wildlife sightings of dolphins, waterfowl, and bald eagles, and more - the great Sunshine Coast outdoors is all at your footstep!

THE PROPERTY - HOMEMAKER RESIDENCE
We have a live-in homemaker / tenant living in the independent basement suite / garden suite. They will attend to all your needs if necessary, and will be living in the separate independent basement / garden suite, with separate entrances. They will not share your amenities (such as your laundry, kitchen, etc) within your Main Suite - you will have the entire Main Suite to yourself.
Important things to note
Please note that for security, safety, damage/theft prevention purposes we have outdoor video surveillance cameras on the exterior property. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you tamper with the security cameras.
Noise
No large parties and noise after 9pm. This is a residential property so please keep your volume at a respectable level as neighbours may be sensitive to loud noise. Neighbours will not hesititate to report any noise infractions to police after 9pm.
