This mountain village, only 2 km from the resort-village of Flumet and 13 km from Megève, will allow you to take advantage of many mountain activities nearby, while staying in a quiet area: Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also swimming, trail running, climbing...
You will stay in this beautiful wooden chalet of 90 m² and will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay with your family or friends: a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom, a large garden with a terrace to admire the extraordinary Mont Blanc massif from your residence!

The chalet :
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- An entrance with a bench and a coat rack.
- A bright and warm living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a TV as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 10 guests. You will also have direct access to the terrace from this room.
- A separate fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker.
- Bedroom 1: a double sofa bed and a desk area.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed.
- Room 3: double bed, single bed, raised single bed and storage.
- Bedroom 4: attic, perfect for children, it has three single beds (5 beds).
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hair dryer and a heated towel rail.
- A shower room with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet.
Exterior:
A large private, non-enclosed garden of 900 m² with a 30 m² terrace facing south-east, with a picnic table and a parasol and deckchairs, enough to enjoy an incredible view of the Mont Blanc during a good meal!
Ski slopes :
Free shuttles in season to the ski slopes located 3 km away "Les Evettes".
Other resorts: La Giettaz at 6 km, La Clusaz at 15 km and Megève at 10 km

This apartment is located in a country setting on the edge of a small street with very little traffic, which makes it very quiet! Without opposite, the accommodation has a clear view on the valley and the Mont Blanc massif. The village of St Nicolas la Chapelle has a bar, a grocery store and some restaurants which will allow you to rediscover the traditional mountain. The center of Flumet with all the conveniences of a village resort, is located at 2 km.

But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, come and enjoy the beach of the Flumet lake for a swim, go for a Trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.
