Above Garéoult, 2 km from the centre, 12 km from the centre of Brignoles, in an elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 35 km from the sea. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (60 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Residence with electric gates. Summary: Magnifique jardin avec vue (romarin thym cigales) et piscine agréable. Belle bibliothèque. Mais quel dommage! Certains équipements usés, défraichis ou hors d'usage (ventilos HS, salle de sport HS, chaises longues HS, fauteuils léopards démodés, porte de cabine de douche HS, planches à découper HS, jets de baignoire balnéo HS). Pensez à changer ce qui est défectueux, et supprimer les "réparations avec scotch". Avec quelques soins et services, cette villa gagnerait sûrement en valeur ajoutée.
